All Mine

On Curiosity (and in the 2005 deluxe reissue of Pornography) was also released a 2'54" version of Forever entitled "All Mine". It was recorded at the Hammersmith Palais/Odeon (London) on May the 1st 1982. It's a great track!... but compare it with the complete recording (11'14")...

But glam is not why we're here...

official forever

Various titles were given to the improv The Cure did live in almost every gig since mid 1980 (up to 1986): The Cure Are Dead, All Mine, The Same Again, Happy Birthday To Simon, All I Want To Do Is Kill Her and untitled are only a few of them.
The version played at Le ZĂ©nith in Paris on May the 15th 1984 is the only one oficially released until now. It first appeared on "Curiosity (cure anomalies 1977-1984)" [the b·side on "The Top" cassette] and in the 2006 remastered deluxe edition of "The Top".
The objective of this blog is to post every version of Forever ever played live.
This first post brings you the Curiosity version and we'll start from there...
